One employee. Multiple tools. Work that gets done.A look at the platform we're building

The work nobody
hired you to do.

Salespeople update CRMs. Operators chase follow-ups. Managers build reports. IT teams investigate tickets. Someone always has to move information from one system to another.

This is the work Easy AI Employ is built to take on.

Recognizable workplace situations, not customer testimonials. All employee workflows below are illustrative product concepts.

REAL-WORLD PAIN / 01

I'm doing the work between systems.

The same information. Six destinations. And you're the one carrying it.

I should be selling. Instead, I'm updating the CRM.

The call ends. The administration starts.

You don't need another dashboard.
You need someone to do the work.

Easy AI Employ is being built to give businesses AI employees with defined roles, responsibilities, tools, permissions, memory, and human oversight.

TRADITIONAL AUTOMATION

When X happens, do Y.

  1. Trigger
  2. Action

Limited to predefined workflows.

AI EMPLOYEE · PRODUCT CONCEPT

Own this responsibility.

  1. Responsibility
  2. Understand

  4. Act
  5. Verify
  6. Report
  7. Escalate when needed

Designed to reason across related tasks, use approved tools, retain context and report progress—within boundaries you set.

Meet your AI employees.

Instead of configuring another automation for every task, give an AI employee a role, the tools it needs, the permissions it is allowed to use, and the responsibilities it owns.

Pricing questions

What does unlimited work mean?

Your subscription does not limit you to a fixed number of tasks or AI credits. Your employee can continue receiving work, while our platform manages execution capacity behind the scenes. During periods of unusually high demand, lower-priority work may be queued or slowed. You can add capacity whenever you need it.

Can I add more AI employees?

Yes. You can move to a higher plan or add additional employees as your needs grow. Contact us if you need a custom workforce configuration.

What happens when my employee reaches capacity?

Your work is not suddenly stopped because you reached an arbitrary task count. Lower-priority work may be queued while important work continues. You can add a Capacity Boost or move to a higher plan.

Do I pay for individual AI tasks?

No. Easy AI Employ uses a subscription model rather than charging you for individual tasks or tokens.

Can I connect my own AI model or API key?

Model and provider options may vary by deployment. Contact us if your organization requires a specific model provider or bring-your-own-key configuration.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel future renewals at any time from your account. Every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee.
