These terms govern your use of Easy AI Employ, a product and brand of Asimit Technologies (“we”, “us”). By using this website or the Easy AI Employ service, you are contracting with Asimit Technologies and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Easy AI Employ is a platform for configuring AI employees with defined roles, connected tools and permissions. The product is in early access: employee roles, integrations and workflows shown on this website are illustrative or planned unless explicitly stated otherwise, and website previews (including the fictional employee “Alex”) do not execute live tasks.
Accounts
If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including: unlawful use; fraud, spam or unsolicited messaging; infringing intellectual property or privacy rights; generating illegal, hateful, deceptive or impersonating content (including deepfakes); distributing malware; attempting to bypass safeguards or permissions; or interfering with security, probing, scraping or reverse engineering the service.
Your content and AI outputs
You remain responsible for the instructions you give, the data and tools you connect, and how you use outputs. You must have the rights to any content you provide. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the service. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; review important actions and do not rely on outputs as legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice without qualified human oversight. Rights holders can report infringing content via our contact page; repeated infringement may lead to suspension. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts to enforce these terms.
Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding. Subject to your plan and these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You may not resell or redistribute it.
Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Plans are billed monthly and renew until cancelled. See our Refund Policy.
Service level
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. When access ends, you may request export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
