Easy AI Employ is a product of Asimit Technologies. Asimit Technologies is the data controller for the personal data described here and decides how and why it is processed.
Data we collect and why
- Early-access requests — name, work email, company, job title, company size, described work and selected tools; to review interest and contact you (legitimate interests).
- Account data — email, password (stored securely by our authentication provider), name and company; to create and run your account (contract).
- Subscription records — plan, status and billing period; to provide the plan you bought (contract).
- Technical data — IP address, device and log information; for security and fraud prevention (legitimate interests).
- Support messages — to respond to you (contract / legitimate interests).
Please do not submit passwords for other systems, confidential records or sensitive personal information.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that host and operate the service (hosting, database and authentication).
- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
- Professional advisers such as legal and accounting firms.
- Authorities where required by law.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above — account data while your account is active, early-access requests for up to 24 months, and records required by law for the required period — then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us through the contact page to exercise your rights.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and private storage that website visitors cannot read.

We use only essential browser storage needed to keep you signed in and to run checkout. We do not use advertising cookies.
